Flora Beach Estates is the neighborhood where we live and love. Help us to beautify the front island/median area, a place we all pass by daily, and set the tone for our neighborhood!

Fellow neighbors have already generously donated a new sign (at an out of pocket cost of over $1000) and others have helped to paint it, place plants/flowers, and start landscaping the area. We've got some quotes together to drastically improve the landscaping.

TOTAL ESTIMATE FOR ONE OF THE CURRENT LEADING OPTIONS is $4,050 to remove 2" of ground deep of the bed, install 7 1/2 rolls of weed barrier and 20 yards of river rock. THIS IS COMPLETELY VOLUNTEER Any donation you can afford would be highly appreciated. If 20 houses donate $211 each, it would cover the entire cost.

This would be a long lasting solution that would reduce or remove the need for regular maintenance/mowing, etc. This is a work in progress and your vote counts! Take the survey and help us decide on the specifics.

Any additional funds beyond $4,050 collected may go towards the purchase and install of mature palm trees or other enhancements as agreed democratically by the residents of Flora Estates.
