Flood Relief- DP Employees & Waverly Community
Many Clarksville and Waverly employees,sales reps and our customers have asked about donating money to help our Waverly family. Some of our Waverly team members are out of their homes or have family members that are out of or lost their homes.
We have set up a GoFundMe page for those of you who want to donate and support our employees and the Waverly community. Waverly employees will submit an application requesting funds for them or for an immediate family member. The funds will be distributed first to employees based on their needs and any remaining will go to Humphrey's county disaster needs.

Below is an update on how the funds will be distributed to Dan Post employees, Temporary Employees, and Employee family members
who were impacted by the flood in Humphrey’s county.
Dan Post created a relief application for employees and temporary workers that were impacted by the flood in Humphrey’s county.
The application required the following information:
a. name of employee/temporary worker
b. who was impacted (self or immediate family)
c. damage caused from the flood (detailed explanation along with photos)
d. suggested amount needed for repairs, aid, etc.
Dan Post received a total of 14 applications, which were reviewed by a team. The team determined that there were 4 brackets that each employee could fall under. The brackets are as listed below (the order starts with the most severe).
1. Death of family member and/or Employee who lost home
2. Family Member that lost home & car(s) or Employee with severe apartment damage
3. Family Member that had apartment damage
4. Indirect Family Member impacted by flood damage or family business that was impacted
Dan Post will issue checks to the person listed on the application but will pass out the checks to the employee who filled out the application. For instance, if Tom filled out an application for his daughter, Sue, then Dan Post would make a check out to Sue but would give the check to Tom. The reason for this is that many of the people impacted are staying at temporary housing.
