Fighting For My Daughters

In January of 2011, I signed over my primary rights to the father of my daughters, it wasn't something I was proud to do but I knew it was what I HAD to do. I was struggling by myself bouncing around after the flood with 2 kids, I knew they deserved better. He was enlisted in the military, was married and had a stable family home. I have kept in touch anyway that I could and was an active parent although not physically we kept in touch by webcam, phone, etc. Over the years every year I have paid for 4 roundtrip tickets and accumulated as much money as I could save just to see them once a year in the summers. for the last few years i've been living in florida saving up my money to make the move to arizona where they live so that I could be a part of their everyday life.  I have been here for 9 months and have been doing a week on week off arrangement with their father which had been going good. I have asked their dad for 50/50  custody and legal decision making and he now refuses to let me see my kids. I have ultimately no say in the matter as I do not have primary rights. Anyone who knows me knows the relationship I have built with my kids and would do and have done ANYTHING I can to be with them. I have exhausted all of my funds fighting to be here with them and I need help to continue the fight..all I want are my 50% rights that I deserve. I need a lawyer to help me get what is FAIR. I cannot afford to keep following their dad around the US. Please anything helps. I just want what is RIGHT and EQUAL.
