Fire Victim Fund for Supplies

My name is Aaron Brumley, and for those who don't know me, I am a longtime and dedicated member of the community.  Currently I am doing everything in my power to help those who are displaced and otherwise affected by the wildfires; I have been working at and with volunteers around the community including volunteers and facilitators from La Luz, Sonoma Valley High School, El Verano School, Adele Middle School, The Vets Building, Sonoma Valley Inn (Best Western), and verified individuals in need who have asked for help. I know several families personally who have lost everything.

Many people have asked where they can send money to benefit those affected by the fire in our valley. I am setting up this fund to directly benefit those who need it most. With it, I will buy any supplies that I am able when I hear of immediate needs at our local emergency shelters. At this point, I have been using my own money to provide victims of this fire with items such as food, toiletries, particle masks, and various other needs. I am also going to be giving gift cards to those folks who need to replace items lost in the fire, or items/services they can buy to help them reestablish themselves (i.e. car repairs, appliances, hotel rooms, etc).

Any money over the direct and immediate needs I fulfill will be donated to La Luz Center to distribute as they see fit. Thank you for all your help and concern during this tragic and confusing time.
