Fiona's campaign for SWANSEA CARERS' CENTRE

Now restrictions have eased we are delighted that Carer Fiona Jones and her daughters can finally accomplish their sponsored walk to the summit of Pen -Y- Fan on 31st July 2021. They have been raising money for Swansea Carers Centre to show their gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful staff at Ty Conway/Swansea Carers Centre.

"The wonderful team at Ty Conway have supported our wonderful father/grandfather who attends the day centre [Ty Conway] and our mother/grandmother when she needed help and guidance the most -  during the progression of my father’s dementia."
