Financial help with medical & living expenses.

Hello, I am Randy Behrens. As I try to put words together and explain my current health situation, I will keep it as simple as possible.

Approximately 1 year ago, I was diagnosed with stage 4B Advanced Metastatic Prostate Cancer. This stage of prostate cancer is considered terminal. The cancer has spread to my pelvis, hips, legs, ribs, shoulders, spine, and bone marrow & is still progressing. I'm undergoing oral chemotherapy & immunotherapy. After 20 treatments of radiation, I currently take infusions and 2 dozen medications daily in an attempt to keep my bones from breaking & becoming completely immobile.

There are numerous unique physical, emotional & financial hurdles, challenges, burdens & struggles to fight every day.

I hate asking for money. I feel guilty, exposed, vulnerable, uncomfortable & embarrassed for asking for help.

My energy & time is consumed by trying to manage medical therapy, medication & disease-imposed activity restrictions as well as my mental & physical needs. Cancer doesn't accept 2nd place in any of my priorities.

I am unable to work anymore & have been denied Social Security Disability. I have been getting by on my savings which are now depleted.
