Fighting to keep custody of my children

Well, he's at it again. The ex has decided to take me to court again for custody of the boys. He tried for emergency placement last month, in order to get them to Fl, which was denied. We were given a court date of June 17th. Since the emergency petition, he also made a call to DCYF on me, claiming the boys are not being cared for properly, not being fed, clothed or having their medical needs taken care of. Of course, the claim was unfounded and their doctor has since seen them and gave a clean bill of health. All of his claims are bogus and even laughable. None the less, I am forced to go to court yet again to defend myself and the boys' well being. I have a fantastic lawyer who handled my divorce and I don't want to lose her. Which is why im here. This is an unpleasant surprise that I am not financially prepared for. I need to gather anything I can to cover my legal costs and get this settled, yet again, and hopefully never again. I'm not a person to speak of my personal struggles or ask for help, but here I am. I appreciate anything and everything given and can assure you every dime needed is worth it
