My nephew is one of the toughest kids I know.  He has faced adversity in his life and has never wavered in his love for life and family.  He has a smile and presence that will light up your heart every time he walks in a room.  

Frankie is currently a senior at Lyons Township High School.  He isn't afraid to try anything, whether it is playing football, wrestling or throwing the shotput and discus for the track team.   Three years ago, he decided to try boxing and developed a strong passion for the sport.  As with any challenge he has faced, he attacked it with the heart and perseverance of a true champion.  

Little did he know how important all the hard work and training would be, not inside the boxing ring but outside of it.   In May of this year, he was diagnosed with  Leukemia.   This is his Championship Fight.  

He is now facing a three year battle and is attacking it with the same courage, attitude and strength that he approaches anything else in his life.  He has the heart of a lion and is a true warrior.  All funds raised through this campaign will go to support Frankie in the fight of his life.  You can make a difference in this young man's life.
