Fight for baby born with half a heart.

My wife is currently 8 months pregnant. We're expecting our first child in May 2020 - a baby girl. 2 months ago our unborn daughter was diagnosed with a rare congenital heart disease called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Basically the left side of our baby's heart didn't fully develop and needs a series of 3 life-saving surgeries. The first one to be performed a few days after birth. The added complication is that I am in South Africa while my wife is in the US and the currency exchange rate converts whatever money I send over to her into an insignificant amount.

I need to raise money for the following:

1) Acquire the services of a caregiver to help my wife after birth.  
2) Pay rent for a place near the Boston Children's Hospital while the
     baby remains in ICU after surgery so she can be close in case of 
     emergencies.
 
This entire situation was already a difficult pill to swallow but the advent of the global Coronavirus pandemic means I will most likely not be able to re-enter the United States to be there for the birth and surgery and to be with my wife.

As a husband and father-to-be, this is undoubtedly my worst nightmare and would appreciate any assistance you can give my wife and I.
