Operation Smile Honduras needs you

Donación protegida

Operation Smile Honduras (OSH) provides life changing operations to children born with cleft lip and palate malformations. FIDI, a global network of international removals companies, adopted OSH as its charity project due to a prevalence of these conditions in desperately poor communities in Honduras, where many children have little access to food and water, let alone medical treatment.  For the children born with cleft lip and palate malformations life is a struggle for survival. Due to a lack of education and knowledge within these remote villages, the children often die from starvation or are abandoned because their mothers don't know how to feed them. If they survive long enough, they are shunned in their local schools and villages for the way they look.

With your generosity, we will make a life changing difference to these kids lives.
Thanks to doctors and medics volunteering from around the world, it only costs $500 to treat a child's cleft lip or palate malformation. A tiny sum in exchange for a bright future and a normal childhood.

Your donation, no matter how big or small will be used to operate on one of these children. Every cent raised will go directly to a medical mission at OSH where up to 100 children are operated on during a 5 day period.  As a donor we will update you when that mission takes place. The video below tells Madeleine's story, a small girl operated on during an OSH Mission:

Please make a difference and make a real difference to someone's life today.

With thanks from the FIDI Charity Committee for your support.
