New Home

FINALLY, today I found a home nearby for the same rent we are already paying. I've been looking for quite sometime because of our current home situation. For over five years, we've been without central heating having to use space heaters in each bedroom just to get warm. Our slumlord has continuously done nothing to solve our problem!!! Our electric bill has sky rocketed not only because of the space heaters but also because of the continuous leaking water faucets.  I've been a single parent for six years now, never depending on anyone for anything!!! We live paycheck to paycheck, so coming up with a deposit to secure this home is very difficult. That's why I need your help.
