I need to raise money to defend myself in court against Alexander and Baldwin Properties. They are suing me for unpaid rent. I was unable to pay during the 5 month long parking lot renovation and they have offered no reduction , and have demanded full payment.
We have been in business here for 10 years now, and I really enjoy serving the Manoa community . There are not many independent bakeries left on Oahu, particularly that produce high quality goods in the europeans style .
I need to raise enough funds to pay them off so we can continue to serve the Manoa community. I need the funds by the end of this month (Jan 19)or we will could run the risk of being shut down.
