Feed Floral Park's Children

COVID-19 has been exceptionally challenging for many children.  Schools provide a safe haven for children, particularly those who do not have financial security. Our incredible school district in Floral Park continued to provide daily nutritious breakfast and lunch service to families in need throughout the school closures. With summer approaching, meal service will move to schools in neighboring towns and available to Floral Park families who can get there.

Karen Phannemiller, Kate Tuffy, Warren Hance, Mike McGuire and the Floral Park Police Department’s PBA  need your help.  While schools in Elmont and New Hyde Park will offer free breakfast and lunch for local families, there are over 70 children who are without transportation & need our community’s support.

Trinity Restaurant has generously agreed to cook and serve meals for pick up throughout July & August.  A $10 donation will provide one breakfast and one lunch for one child, $70 will cover a week for a child, $300 will feed a student for a month.

#FeedFloralParkChildren hopes to provide two meals per day to each child in need throughout the entire summer.  Please share this with your family & friends. Together we can feed our community’s children and give them the love & care they need.
