FC Cardinals Giving Campaign

FC Cardinals (FCC) is a newly created soccer club that operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a registered member of U.S. Club Soccer and maintain an alliance with them to cultivate the best U.S. Soccer Federation sanctioned organizations throughout the United States. Our mission is to be a soccer club that serves as a community outreach program thus allowing players from any Socio-economic background to play the “beautiful game” we’re so passionate about. We also provide the most value to our members compared to all the soccer clubs in the Triad area. We are determined to let our comprehensive approach of using the passion for soccer, grow a holistic program that produces strong family and community leaders. FCC leadership is determined to teach the value-added life lessons that strengthen character and ensure that our love for the game and our value-added approach of building members with good character will be the Hallmark of our operation. Soccer is the number one spectator sport in the world. Kids love playing this game and apart from the obvious physical benefits they receive from being active and fit, the spiritual, mental and psychological development they receive from playing soccer are also tremendous benefits. FC Cardinals is an organization that truly has the holistic development of our members in mind. We have made our program available to members of every socio-economic level and currently have a high percent of members from low-income homes. Some of our members do not have a lot of opportunity to engage in social programs that brings the structure and leadership of an organization like FC Cardinals, especially at the value we provide it for and left to their own devices. Many of them will turn to a life of crime, idle activities or even join gangs. The Leadership of FC Cardinals is working tirelessly to make our program available to every member of our community who possess a passion for soccer and a desire to be all they can be.

FCC is committed to the development of the skills, talents and abilities of all its members. With education being the core component of our developmental plan, we are committed to helping each player live into his/her God-given potential. Our program requires our members to be engaged in a variety of community service. Our holistic approach focuses on developing the entire person and not just their soccer skills. As seen from our mission statement below, FCC is also about cultivating lasting friendships.

The Mission of FC Cardinals is to provide members with an opportunity to play soccer at a higher level while developing strong core values that will serve them well into their adult lives. We look forward to helping our members learn the fundamentals of soccer and great sportsmanship through competitive play. Our goal is to cultivate teamwork through team bonding and most importantly build LASTING RELATIONSHIPS. Keeping teams together, friends together and encouraging long-term relationships.
