Mother shot to death in front of three and eight year old daughters by estranged husband. Latarica made a great impact in her children’s lives. She was such a beautiful and charismatic person involved in the church and the community. She would give her last to anyone in need. Latarica invested everything she had to protect and raise her children. We are asking for donations to help raise her three children.
