Home in Forclosure

Hello, if you don’t know me—my name is Josie. I’m a mother and also undergoing some complicated health issues...to top that off, my family and I are in danger of losing our home. This is the childhood home of both our girls and before my husband bought it, it was in the family for several years prior. My husband has had this place for 16 years. This year has been quite difficult and tragic for our entire family, from dealing with several medical emergencies and financial disparites and the death of my sister-in-law, a very close member of our family. Due to a complicated pregnancy, I was put on immediate bed rest and forced to quit my job whille I was pregnant with my daughter, leaving my husband the only person working full-time. John Eckert is the hardest working and most kind and loving person I know, we have tried everything just to keep ends meet this year especially. His stress and worry is so hard to see, he’s been working so hard for so long. We have been trying all we can to come up with the money to catch up on our bills and mortgage due to our financial strain and now we are in danger of losing our home by way of repossession from the bank if we cannot come up with the balance we need to pay it off. My husband has been working the same job for the past 16 years and we have borrowed all we could out of his retirement to try and keep our home, working as much as possible and trying to survive paycheck to paycheck...we’ve always worked so hard for everything in our lives to give our family the best shot we can. Because of the insane cost of medical bills I’m also in danger of not being able to seek the treatment I need. I’m here hoping if enough people can pitch in we will be able to keep our home and get back on track from all the tragedies that we’ve undergone throughout the year. Any donation is appreciated, between all of us working together, if everyone could even donate just $5.00 we could keep our home. We know so many people are also financially struggling and we hate to ask at all but it’s our last and only option. Every cent counts, every share counts. I have great hope that in working together, we could reach this goal and it would save my family’s life.
