Pat Grace

Pat has recently chosen to return to his hometown of Santa Rosa, California to begin hospice care. He was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer that has spread to his kidneys and bones. Unfortunately, his health insurance does not cover the type of assistance he needs right now. Throughout this difficult time, Pat has maintained true to his character with a positive attitude and good humor.
