Faith Kairu Memorial Fund
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Faith Kairu, who went to be with the Lord on January 2nd, 2017. Faith was a loving wife of Timothy Kairu Wanyoike (Tim), loving mother to Mark Kairu (4 yrs), Ryan Kairu (21 months), and Emma Kairu(4 months).
Faith and her family traveled to Kenya to be with loved ones during the Christmas break. A couple of days before their departure for Texas, Faith begun to feel unwell. The family departed for the U.S. on December 28th via Amsterdam. She became critically ill during her flight from Kenya to Amsterdam. On arrival in Amsterdam, she was hospitalized and admitted to the ICU where she was diagnosed with septic shock. Despite the doctor's best efforts, Faith passed away on the morning of January 2nd 2017.
We are calling on friends and well wishers to support the family in raising funds to cover the enormous cost the family has incurred and will continue to incur. Your donations will be used to assist with hospital bills, funeral arrangements, and travel expenses. The family's needs are immediate due to the sudden nature of this unexpected loss.
