Help Me Recover

Around the end of last year, I had the misfortune of some truly evil people stealing almost all the money I had, and the police had no way of tracking them, arresting them, or of getting it back. I had to take out another loan from the bank to be able to have enough money to pay my three other loan payments while I was working to make money back. I am hoping to possibly recover what I had lost, so I can get out from under the majority of my debt, and make it somewhere in my life. Any help at all would be appreciated. This has caused me a great deal of pain and anxiety. It would mean the world to me to have any help at all. Thank you.
