Urgent — please help our family if you can

I never imagined having to write something like this, but our family is facing a medical emergency that’s become life-threatening if we can’t meet a very time-sensitive need. We have until Monday, November 3rd to secure the funds for treatment, and I’m reaching out with so much humility to ask for your help.
