Vt move for supports/medical needs

All of you know how much I have struggled with this progressive neurological disease and acquired brain injury. I moved to Massachusetts as I needed more support and was hoping they could provide me a glimmer of hope or at least stabilize me as my medical condion is/was getting worse. I just want to make the most out of the rest of my life. I continue to live one day at a time and cherrish every second that passes as I know I will never get it back. Bru, my loyal service dog continues to keep me going. I am sorry to say that I had to put Izzy, my cat, my baby girl, down, less then two weeks ago and Bru and I are heartbroken. We miss her so much. I am not getting the support or long term care that I am needing here that Vermont can offer me. Plus I am missing all the support I received from my Vermont friends (family.) You kept me going. I am going to eventually end up in some type of facility but I can stay out of a facility longer, as they want to put me in one here in MA. In MA they don't have as many home based services as VT does and I can get more help in VT. At 35, I am willing to ask for help to stay out of a facility as long as I can. Thank you my friends. I appreciate anything you are able to contribute.
