A Journey to Rebuild Lives Amidst War-Torn Gaza

Hi everyone My name is Mohammed Al-Zaharna, a resident of Palestine, specifically from Gaza. Today, I come to you with a story that resonates with resilience, survival, and the indomitable human spirit amidst adversity.

I, my family, my children Lydia and Amir, my wife Nevin, and my mother are facing a desperate situation. We lost our home, our job, and literally everything we had. We all suffer from malnutrition and frequent panic attacks. The critical health condition of the family and the threat of the Rafah land invasion forced us to make a painful decision: to flee Gaza and go to Egypt, but my mother was unable to go to Egypt and is still in Gaza, and now she and my sister suffer from diseases such as hepatitis. I collected as much donations as possible and paid them to Hala Tourism and Travel Company in Egypt, and an amount of 20 thousand dollars was paid for coordination to Egypt. Upon arrival in Egypt, I also paid for the procedures for issuing passports, and here are the fees and expenses for travel and visas, since there is no longer a lot of money. I have exhausted the money that I collected. Now I ask you for support and assistance in Costs of living, apartment rent, education expenses, medicines, food, and the evacuation of my mother from Gaza to Egypt. Where will the crossing be opened and our lives re-arranged? There is a glimmer of hope. 

The increased campaign goal of $69,000 will allow for a more comprehensive approach towards securing the well-being and stability of my family. A portion of the funds will be allocated to cover initial living expenses in our new destination. This includes accommodation, food, and other essentials as we strive to establish a stable and secure life for my family
