As we continue to live through the COVID-19 pandemic it has become very clear how essential our essential workers are to our community. Essential Signs is a way to both thank those essential workers and contribute to the group "Taking Care of our Caretakers DeKalb CO Illinois". Taking Care of our Caretakers has been providing food for workers by purchasing meals from local restaurants.
Once the sign is purchased, it will be delivered (contact free) to your yard to show support for health care workers, first responders and essential workers in our community. Thank you to Jill Springer, Vicky Aburto and Melissa Beck for being an amazing team of collaborators. (This was originally Jill's idea!)
The purchase of a $15 sign will cover the $7.50 cost of sign production through Banner Up Signs and will also provide $7.50 to Taking Care of our Caretakers.
