Essential food delivery in the Harrogate area

Harrogate RoundTable - the people who organise the Harrogate Charity Beer Festival and the Stray Charity Bonfire and Fireworks Display, have teamed up with Supporting Older People and Waitrose to deliver essential food parcels to elderly and vulnerable in the Harrogate area in response to the coronavirus situation. We made 80 deliveries in our first week, last week delivered another 24, and this week we have some funds available for more but unfortunately the demand is greater than we can currently supply. Can you help? 

Supporting Older People are co-ordinating the requests for help, Waitrose, as well as supplying a number of free parcels, have agreed to put together additional discounted parcels, and Harrogate RoundTable members are delivering them personally so every £15 we raise will go directly to funding the cost of an additional parcel to a household in need. Every donation, large or small, will make a difference.
