Esme Grace & Isla Grace - Snowdonia Climb

On 28th August 2021 the parents of both Esme Grace & Isla Grace will be climbing Mount Snowdon in wales in their daughters memory and to raise funds to supply 2 Cuddle Cots to hospital.

Our Story:
In October 2017 Brendon & Sophie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl born sleeping they named Esme Grace. A beautiful little Angel

In March 2021 the family had another precious angel  born sleeping when Ashley & Hannah gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Isla Grace


What is a cuddle cot?
A cuddle cut is provided by the hospital in the event heaven gains an angel and a beautiful baby is born sleeping, the cot is provided with a water system flowing through to keep the cot and  baby cool. This enables families to spend special precious time with their baby to bond and create memories they can look back on forever. They are not always provided due to limited availibility. It is heartbreaking if they are not available and as a family Brendon, Sophie,Ashley & Hannah know how important it is to spend time with their little Angel's ❤

We would like to raise £3000 as we know it would help so many people in the future to create memories when heaven gains an angel.
