Erin and Jake's Adoption Fund

On Friday, October 13 2017, Baby Landon Stocum was born into this world to loving mother Amber and Father Ken. On October 28th 2017, their life completely changed; Amber tragically passed away, leaving behind her 15 day old son Landon and his father Ken. Landon's father Ken suffers from a heart condition that leaves him unable to take care of the baby without Amber. Landons father is making the ultimate sacrifice in knowing that he cannot give baby Landon all of the love and attention he deserves, and in this, his older son Jake and his wife Erin, who do not have any children of their own, have graciously accepted Landon into their home to raise him with all of the love and support a baby could need or want. With this being said, they are going through an attorney who is requesting a $5,000.00 fee to finalize the adoption paperwork for Landon.  Erin and Jake have some funds available but not everything needed to complete the adoption process and buy necessities for the home to care for Landon.
