Help Needed- Exit Abusive Marriage

This is not something that I would normally do, but under these circumstances I feel the need to help take action to help someone dear to me.  Some of you may know that in the last few years my closest friend, unfortunately, is in a place that requires the need to get out of a cyclicaly abusive marriage.

The abuse has been in the form of verbal, emotional, physical, financial and unfaithfulness to the marriage.  Years of professional counceling has not been able to reconcile the situation.  In every church they have attended, leadership help has been sought out; even within this leadership help and professional counceling, the cycle of abuse has not changed.  

Unfortunately, in short, it has had damaging effects. After many separations, the most recent being that of a year, all resources have been exhausted in hopes of restoration which has always been the ultimate desire.  

It is her understanding that God hates divorce and it is her last desire to want a divorce.  After much prayer and contemplation, seeking the face of the Almighty in truth, she has peace in nullifying the marriage.  

Currently she is in a job search and is trusting that God will provide.  Even in this circumstance, the cost for an attorney is quite costly.  The desire is to be able to have the best opportunity to do what's best for her child and not be left helpless.  Because of this, funds will be greatly needed to be able to accomplish this.  

Having the funds to do this will be able to allow her to put them in a stable environment.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  It feels as though there is a mountain to climb in this situation, but we trust that God will provide.
