Tax deductible
Like many families, mine has been deeply impacted by cancer. Three years ago, I lost a beloved aunt to breast cancer, and two of my cousins have been bravely fighting cancer this past year. My grandmother is also a breast cancer survivor.
As a kid, I first struggled to think how I could possibly help, but then realized that there are things I can do. This past August, I donated 10 inches of my hair to a charity that makes wigs for children fighting cancer. I am also registered to run a 5K in Yardley, PA on May 22, and ask that you consider being a sponsor as I run to help raise money for the American Cancer Society and Living Beyond Breast Cancer.
I have set up a Go Fund Me page (see the link below) that will benefit the charity Living Beyond Breast Cancer. Each donation will be highly appreciated, no matter what the size. The funds I raise will be matched by my parents and contributed to the American Cancer Society.
Thank you
