Emergency Moving Fund

My name is Alex and my family, and I need your help. Today after 18.5 years (over half my life) in our rental home we are now forced to move. The owners are selling the house and we must be out by January 31, 2018. This could not have come at a worse time as my mom who lives with us is due to have back surgery mid-January. This home holds a lot of memories and will be very difficult to leave. We have been working on cleaning up our credit to buy a home but are not there yet. We will have to move to another rental. We have put all our money into paying down our debt and do not have the funds or resources to come up with the cost of moving. Due to the sudden unexpected notice we are asking for your help. Your donations will go to help with first, last, pet deposit and the cost of the actual move. Please donate what you can every dollar helps and share our story forward.

approx. $1,500 security deposit
approx. $1,500 first month rent
approx. $100-300 application fees
approx. $1,000 other fees such as key deposit, admin fees, pet deposit and cleaning fees
Any left over will be used for moving expenses such as truck rental and packing supplies.
