Emergency Surgery for Baby Bentley

Hi, I recently adopted Bentley, my now 4 month old Bernese Mountain Dog. He had emergency surgery this past week for an obstruction from eating a rope toy (no more rope toys for him!). Unfortunately, he has since declined since the surgery and is needing to be admitted for 48 hours along with another surgery due to complications from the initial surgery causing telescoped intestines. The initial surgery has already cost me 10k and they are estimating with admission and surgery to be another 8-10k. PSA to all pet owners, PLEASE get pet insurance so you don’t make the same mistake I did. Any amount will help, and Bentley and I will be beyond grateful. Thank you everyone ❤️
