EMERGENCY HOUSING For Ashlee Banks Basquiat

Hello - My name is Shireen. I'm a close friend/sister of Ashlee Banks Basquiat.

 

Last week, Ashlee woke up to the sound of fire alarms only to find that her apartment was flooded. The apartment directly above Ashlee caught fire, which flooded all the apartments on the 1st floor. 

 

Ashlee had to leave due to the damage. A lot  of her belongings were damaged in the flood. Ashlee has yet to find permanent housing.

 

Ashlee is a beloved community leader, prominent LGBTQ+ advocate, and sister/mother/leader in the ballroom community.
