Imagine being 13 yo twins & a 17 yo girl and finding your father dead less than a month before Christmas! With no Mom either because 5 years prior, you also found her dead after watching her battle an aggressive cancer. Imagine life already being difficult financially and now it didn’t just get worse… it got merely impossible for your family to not only figure out how they will continue to raise 3 teenagers (one in which is due to graduate high school this year) but in a home big enough to do so, provide a Christmas, AND pay for an unexpected funeral!
I am a close friend to the family I described above! I am here to ask, though I know times are hard for everyone, that if you can spare even just a prayer, that you do just that!
These kids have had a hand dealt to them that NO ONE should have! They found their mother and now 5 years later, their father too! If that’s not traumatizing enough, their said father adopted them all due to an absentee birth father already. These kids are at a vulnerable and delicate age and to now have no parents due to all traumatizing reasons, is beyond what I can even begin to try to imagine handling even at my age. I want to make their lives and their family’s lives easier if I can.
So I am reaching out in honor of them to raise as much money as I can to offset their stresses. To provide these kids, our future, a Christmas they MORE THAN DESERVE! To give their Daddy the services he more than deserves as well! Every dollar helps. And I can assure you, being they were too humble to ask themselves, that they will appreciate every dime donated, every prayer said, and every ounce of love shown. I thank you in advance for any and everything you can do.
