I cannot afford a lawyer nor am I eligible for legal aid at this time. I desperately need help.
My estranged husband will not sign the denial of paternity for my youngest child who is biologically Cody's, and the child support office says I need to get a lawyer, unless I want to open a child support case with Cody, even though we are living together and raising these kids together.
My ex is a sex addict, I have screen shot proof. He is extremely manipulative. He owes almost 13,000 in back support and purposely evades paying child support. He won't hold a job, he lives on his brother's couch, and he is on probation for assualt, required to take both drug and impulse control classes. He lied in court saying the reason he avoided arrest for the assault was that he was busy taking care of his seriously ill wife.. I'm not seriously ill, nor have I seen him since 2011. He created a fake Instagram account and posted pornographic photos, to stalk me on. I have screen shots of him trying to hook up with prostitutes via craigslist instead of paying child support or trying to work things out for our kids sake when I left, as well as screen shots of him admitting it when I called him out on it. I have screen shots of a conversation. I had with a woman he was stalking and begging for sex, screen shots of him begging my mother to be with him, and begging her for dirty photos, and then making a bunch of absurd lies about me being on drugs and a prostitute, and stating that he has never missed a child support payment. When we were together, I worked full time and went to school full time. I had three months left of school and gave that up to seek safety and security from my parents in Texas. There is record of this. I have screen shots of his girlfriend cussing me out for filing for child support. I have screen shots of him threatening to take my youngest from Cody if we don't do what he wants. I have screen shots of him saying he will sign over his rights in exchange for back support being dropped. There is so much that he has done to punish me for leaving, and absolutely nothing for these kids.
I need help paying an aggressive lawyer to help me divorce him and to keep my babies safe. I'm embarrassed to ask and to share this, but its my only hope.
