Team Ellie Moody (TJ & Krystal)

Ellie Moody is the daughter of TJ and Krystal Moody from Robbinsville, NC. Ellie is 4 years old.

A little over a year ago, on October 28, 2015, Ellie was diagnosed with a stage 4 malignant brain tumor, called Nodular Desmoplastic Med
ulloblastoma.

Ellie is a fighter, a survivor, and the true definition of a miracle! Ellie surpassed the odds against her and is currently done with all of her chemotherapy treatments and has a clean bill of health. 

Over the course of Ellie's illness, the community has blessed the family with fundraisers and donations to help reduce some worry during this trying time to help financially. However, with that being said, Ellie has ongoing medical bills/expenses and has to have a MRI every 3-4 months in Asheville, NC, about an hour and a half away from her home.

Ellie comes from a wonderful family, who supports her in every way, but this obstacle they are surviving necessitates the need of more helping hands to help them get through past, current and future medical bills/ expenses.   

TJ, Krystal and Ellie are such a special and deserving family. They would help anyone in need and have been so appreciative of any help that has been shared with them. I can promise you every cent you give will be received with love and gratitude from them. They have been through so much and somehow remain strong and continue to find the strength to conquer this chapter in their lives.

In life, we all experience happy and hard times. It's moments like this; we can ignore or pull together for one another and show our true faith and character to help others in need.
