Elijah’s DOC Band

Our best buddy, Elijah needs your help. Elijah has been evaluated and diagnosed with Plagiocephaly which is also known as Flat Head Syndrome and Brachycephaly. Elijah needs a custom made DOC Band also known as a helmet. This is a custom made prosthetic that is not covered by our insurance. It will cost us $3,000 to have this made for him and provide him with some physical therapy. Elijah will keep his DOC Band on 23 hours a day for six to nine weeks. The DOC Band will help correct his cranial, facial, jaw and ear abnormalities. We are trying to be very positive about this and know our little guy will adjust because he has always been a little trooper. Unfortunately, our family needs help coming up with the funds to pay for this. Everyone is always asking what we need and how they can help. Well, this is how. We hate asking for things and are pushing our pride aside to reach out for your help. We are ever so grateful.
