Elijah Harrison

1 year old baby Elijah is currently fighting for his precious life. He presented to the ER Monday and was sent home with a "gastro bug". His parents took him back Wednesday as he was lethargic and still very ill. It was during this visit he was diagnosed with meningitis, airlifted to Tampa. He has a wonderful team caring for him, his parent by his side and an amazing chain of prayer warriors! The next 24 hours are very critical. As of right now he has no brain activity as the infection has caused damage. It is not known at this time what extent of damage he will be left with. He will stay on the antibiotics over the next 10 days and will continue to monitor for changes in the brain. Above and beyond anything I ask for your prayer. I am also starting this fund for Elijahs parents. I could not imagine being in their position. They should be by his side and not have to worry about the financial burden of missing work, medical bills, travel expense etc. Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated. But again, above and beyond all I ask for your prayer of healing and strength for this family!
