Elias Smith Eagle Scout Project, T206

UPDATE: I increased the donation goal as I am going to purchase higher grade wood to make the tables more durable and hence will be more expensive. I am also planning on purchasing higher quality materials, i.e. stainless steel and galvanized nails for more durability. Lumber only costs $1489. 

Hello, my name is Elias Smith and I am currently working on my Eagle Scout rank in Troop 206 in Menlo Park, CA. I am building a picnic area in the back of Church of the Holy Cross in Belmont, CA, where I am an active youth member. I chose to create this project because I think it will be an awesome outdoor place for our church groups to meet outside and for any picnics or events that our church holds. So far, I am planning to build 4 picnic tables. All contributions will go to purchasing the materials, supplies and tools necessary for the project as well as food, drinks and safety equipment for the helpers. If you cannot provide any contributions, you can always help get the word out by sharing the link on whichever social platform you wish.
