Since I announced my intentions to run in the local elections next May in the Dundrum ward, I am overwhelmed by the support, both online and in person.
This is an open invite to my local election fundraiser, which takes place in Taylors Three Rock (Marlay room, upstairs) on Saturday, October 6th from 8pm till late.
Running an election campaign is not only time consuming, but also cost effective. One thing the majority of the candidates have is financial backing from their respective political parties. As I am running as an Independent, it is up to me to fund my own campaign.
Your support is absolutely vital to me, and my campaign. I hope this election fundraiser is something you will support. Tickets are priced @€10, there will be a band and DJ on the night.
