Ekblad Family

Josh started his battle with synovial sarcoma on August 27th, 2015.  He has fought a long and hard battle over the past three years with many ups and downs but on February 19th 2019, Josh and his family got devastating news. The scans showed his tumors have continued to grow despite the rigorous treatments he had been receiving.  The decision was made to stop chemotherapy and Josh was placed on hospice this past week. Josh is being kept comfortable and has chosen to be at home with Jamie, Ethan and Ellie by his side.

Josh and his family are so loved and there has been a tremendous outpouring of support with everyone asking how they can help the Ekblads during this heartbreaking time. Jamie will be at Josh's side until they say their final goodbyes and is unsure when she will return to work.  Please help us eliminate the financial stress for them in this part of the journey so they can focus on being there for Josh. Any donation will go to helping take care of household expenses, medical bills and funeral costs.

Josh, Jamie and their family cannot thank everyone enough for the past years of support, love, hugs, meals and kindness you have all shown to them!
