Shannon&Grandad campaign for Meningitis Now

Me and my dad are taking part in a zip Slide from the Tyne bridge on the 12th of October. This event is very important to us. My youngest son Alfie caught bacterial meningitis B when he was just 6 weeks old and became very poorly at one point we didn’t think he was going to make it.Alfie was in intensive care for two weeks fighting for his life every day was horrible not knowing if he was gonna make it or not.Alfie pulled through like  a fighter but unfortunately we don’t know what the future will hold for Alfie as the left side of his brain is damaged.We got told he would never walk,have sight or hear and be paralysed but Alfie can walk h as sight and can hear.Alfie is truly a fighter and is doing so well.  I want to be able to help other parents who are going through the same situation as me and be able to raise money for this amazing charity please help by donating.
