Hi my name is Daniel Levine and I am one of the 120 brothers apart of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity at the University of Southern California (Mu Theta Chapter). 

Last semester we found out that our dear sous-chef Edith underwent surgery to remove a cancerous tumor.  She's been going through radiation therapy for a couple months now. However she has found out that she has to have another surgery on October 4th. A lot is on the line since this upcoming procedure will define whether she has to undergo aggressive chemotherapy or not.

Despite all her current challenges in life, Edith comes to work every day looking forward to seeing our smiles as we eat her food.

When I asked her about her favorite way to spend time, she responded by saying, "What makes me happiest is coming to work to see all you boys."
