Ed's IRONMAN for Age UK Richmond upon Thames

On August 3rd I will be taking part in IRONMAN Estonia, and will be raising money for Age UK Richmond upon Thames. Every donation will help.  Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

Age UK Richmond provide a range of services to help promote physical and emotional wellbeing through a variety of ways. We provide group activities to improve fitness, develop new skills and build confidence. We offer practical and emotional one to one support that provides companionship and the ability to stay living at home independently for longer. We also campaign and promote issues affecting local older people, providing volunteering opportunities and build stronger communities.
