East Haven Tree Project

Hi! My name is Erika Crawford and I am fundraising to restore East Haven’s Canopy. The goal is to follow in the West Hartford Tree Projects footsteps and ultimately raise Funds to purchase 1000 bare root 1-2 year old native saplings to offer to any East Haven Resident / business willing to plant them on their property. Over the last few years nearly all of the older larger trees in East Haven have been Cut Down. Not only does this remove the tree lined historic look of our town, but it increases Temperatures In the Summer, and removes habitat for local birds. It effects our air quality and the future of our Air Quality as well.

The Good News is we can replant them!
