Easing Becky's Financial Burden During Treatment
Spende geschützt
On May 22nd, Becky was diagnosed with Advanced Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer, with masses in her pancreas and liver.
Becky was hospitalized May 22-27 for pain management, nutrition, and to perform a procedure to place an external biliary drain.
Becky went home on May 27th but was again hospitalized June 3-6 due to gastrointestinal concerns and pain management. They also did a procedure to put in her port for chemotherapy treatment.
She has been in and out of the hospital over the last month, Becky who has always been a fighter decided to give treatment a try to prolong what time she had left so she could spend as much time as possible with her children and 6 grandkids.
Chemotherapy started Wednesday June 12th in Duluth at St. Luke’s Cancer Center. She has gotten through the first few treatments, but it has not been easy. However she is stubborn and has already surpassed the initial prognosis. She is someone who has always been there for everyone. Always helping others, and a champion of people in need. Although we may not have her much longer. We want to help ease her worries about helping her children through this difficult time by easing some of the financial stress of bills, lost work, travel, any uncovered medical costs and to help cover final expenses & wishes. we appreciate any support given.
