Eagle Scout Project - Dog Park at Norfolk Airport

Hello! My name is Emmett, and I am a Boy Scout in Troop 1, from Norfolk, VA. I am currently a Life Scout, but I am getting close to my Eagle rank. As part of that, I am working on my Eagle Scout Project. An Eagle Scout Project is when a scout volunteers to direct an entire service project. The scout finds a potential project that interests them, develops a plan, fundraises, and finally does the manual work with the help of volunteers from their Troop.
For mine, I have decided to build a dog park outside the departures terminal of the Norfolk International Airport. I choose this project because I love aviation, so when the airport told me they wanted to build a dog park I was excited to accept. Hopefully I'll get to watch planes land and take off while we work. :)
Specifically, my plan involves putting up over 100 feet of fencing and laying down over 2,500 square feet of mulch. I will likely start the manual work in June, but right now I am in the final planning and fundraising stage. In order to purchase the materials, I estimate that I need to raise about $2,300. It's going well so far, but I would really appreciate any help towards my Eagle Scout Project. Thank you!
I have attached photos of what the space where I will be working looks like, as well as a photo showing the general plan. The airport is working on some utilities before I start, as you can see in the background of the video, so the bushes in the photos have recently been cleared.
