Hello, my name is Colton Strock and this is my Eagle Scout Project.
For my project, I will be building a GaGa Pit for our local elementary school (Springton Manor Elementary School) located in Glenmoore, PA.
A little bit about myself... I am currently a 9th grader at Downginton West High School and hold the rank of Life Scout with Troop 79 in Glenmoore, PA. In fifth grade, I moved to Glenmoore from North Carolina where I began my scouting career as a Cub Scout in 1st grade. I have progressed continuously in scouts for 9 years and am working towards my final and highest rank of Eagle Scout.
One of the goals of an Eagle Scout project is for the scout to plan, develop and execute a project that will benefit the community. The GaGa pit will be built by myself and fellow Glenmoore Troop 79 Boy Scouts.
The support of the community is a key component in making this project a reality. In order to reach the financial goal and to ensure that the Gaga Pit can be installed in late spring 2018, please consider donating via this GoFundMe page to support me.
I antipcated the groundbreaking for the GaGa Pit to begin in the Spring of 2018.
In addition, I will be organizing an upcoming fundraiser - a Pancake Breakfast or Italian Dinner!
