Fiance in hospital in Vietnam
Donation protected
It took me 42 years to find my soulmate. We have had a long distance relationship from America to Vietnam for almost 2 years waiting for the US to approve a visa for him to come to the US. He is British living in Vietnam and became sick over a week ago. He was "treated" at a clinic with oral antibiotics and his condition worsened over the next few days. After he began hallucinating I urged him to go to a proper western hospital for treatment. He is now in ICU with a diagnosis of sepsis with multi organ failure. He has received dialysis for his failing kidneys, is on multiple IV antibiotics and his liver is also failing. His eyes are yellow, his lips are parched and his labwork is disheartening at times. I flew to Vietnam the day he transferred to the hospital. As a nurse in the US, I am in agreement with the care he is receiving at this hospital and have much hope that he will recover, but am realistic that will take some time. However, at this hospital, you must pay up front for costs or the hospital will not continue treatment. There is no billing after the fact like in my country. I have taken my life savings to attempt to continue treatment and save the person who has my heart. However, daily costs are around $1000 and that is quickly disappearing from my account. If you are able to give even a little, it will help him continue the life saving treatment he needs to survive. If you would like to donate directly to the hospital account or are donating in Euro, please contact me for that information. Thank you so much.
