Walking for Mental health.

Hey everyone, because of COVID I have become larger than normal, and have decided to go on a fitness kick. ( and all of you know how lazy I am) so I thought what better way to make some money for mental health ( which has affected many of us, myself included, being diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety 13 years ago) I will be walking 300kms in the 30 days from the 16th October. If anyone would like to join me in a walk (at my pace) please message me. I will either do 10kms straight up a day or break it into 5kms twice a day.
