Jenn's Medical Expenses

Jenn is a mother of four children, with the oldest being 18 and the youngest being a 1 year old precious little girl, whom she is raising with the father, her loving boyfriend- David. Jenn has been active in her recovery from alcoholism for nearly 4 years, during which she has devoted time not only to her family, but to helping others achieve and maintain sobriety. She is a woman who is kind and strong, who has a passion for helping people. Jenn started not feeling well this last April, and then developed a rash, then there was an infection that wouldn't go away. She went for a physical with her doctor. One week later, on Sept. 2, 2014, Jenn's doctor arrived at her home, just before family dinner, to alert her that she needed to go to the emergency room right away due to the highly elevated level of her white blood cells. Jenn immediately went to the hospital and was diagnosed Wednesday, September 3, 2014 with acute lukemia. She was moved to a hospital, where she is currently residing, that is more equipped to handle her type of care and treatment. David and her family are by her side, supporting her through this unimaginable battle. This has left them with a financial burden that is overwhelming. All of us, who've been so fortunate to recieve help from Jenn ourselves, are now doing all we can to help her. We are helping with the care of her children (especially her one year old baby girl), cooking, cleaning, running errands, and contributing financially as much as we can. Due to her treatment being so far away from home, and the family stuggling with needing to take unpaid leave from work to watch over their baby girl and visit her we are asking for any help possible. This money will be used for transportation, Baby food/diapers/formula, rent, (and any other vital expenses) and of course medical bills. We thank God everyday for the time we have spent with Jenn, and we thank you all for donating what you can to help our memories continue.
