Help me get back on my feet ♡

I need to swallow my pride and ask for help!! I'm stuck and not sure what to do. I'm currently fighting disability so I have $0 income (apparently this could take years). I was recently scammed by a "friend" who destroyed my car so I also have no way to doctor appointments without relying on other people. Just some of the things I need that insurance won't cover:

- Electric Blood Pressure Cuff

- Back Brace to help with blood pressure

- Compression Socks to help with blood pressure

- Diabetic Socks

- Special shoes to help with my neuropathy

- Shower Chair to help when I'm off balance

- A new Neuropathy medicine that I was recommended. I'll try anything if it helps.

As for my car:

- Reestablish car insurance

- Renew registration

- At least 2 new tires

- Brakes

- Oil Change

- Inspection

This was all supposed to be done by a mechanic "friend".

I am a 36 year old mother of two; an 8 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. They are my strength.

When I was 24 years old I had surgery on my pancreas called a Whipple. This caused me to become diabetic. More recently I went through depression. I stopped taking my insulin. This caused me to get neuropathy which is nerve damage. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. It's causing my bladder not to empty correctly. I currently have a catheter. Well this causes infections and my body fights the antibiotics. It's been effecting my kidneys. If it keeps happening I'll need dialysis. On top of that I'm having issues with my blood pressure. It drops and I get really dizzy. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs; I just want to get better.
